"The staff here is amazing. They always seem to be in great moods and it doesn't feel forced. I love to see them joking with each other. It's clear they enjoy working there and that makes a huge difference as a customer. The parking lot is always an absolute nightmare to get in and out of but it is what it is."

"This is my first bad experience with this franchise and I was hesitant to post this review but the size of the chicken "sandwich" that I received today was ridiculous. The "sandwich" was more in line with a biscuit and very overpriced for the quality and quantity of the sandwich. I have not minded paying a premium in the past for chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-A since I always felt these sandwiches were superior to other local offerings. Not today. Had the restaurant not been so busy, I would have taken the issue up with a manager but decided not to bother one during the craziness of the lunch hour. I can only hope that this an isolated incident and not the norm for the price they charge."

"The red headed manager was absolutely unprofessional and was down right rude to us when we had a issue arise. I have no idea how she could even be a manager. Absolutely crazy! I would go to a different chick fil a than this one because if you have ANYTHING wrong with your order they will refuse to fix it. And will be downright rude about it."

"The first time that I had a negative experience at a Chic-fil-A. It was 10:30 in the morning the exact time that they begin serving the regular post breakfast menu. The chicken was only barely warm and the fries were cold. The Mac and cheese however was very good. I can’t understand how food would be cold if they just started serving exactly at that time. He would assume it would be really fresh and hot, right?"

"Tried their new spicy biscuit this morning and it is great. It has a perfectly seasoned white meat chicken fillet that has a great light peppery taste just to give it a little kick with their already great biscuits. It is definitely my new favorite fast food breakfast sandwich and I recommend anyone try that likes a little kick without the burn."
