"We were on a roadtrip and wanted to stop to go to the bathroom and get some food. We ordered on the app to pick up inside, and used the restrooms, which were clean. I came out of the bathroom, and my partner said that he wanted to eat inside. Someone brought our order out to us, which I was pleasantly surprised by because I had not told them I was picking up a mobile order. The fries were hot and crisp, and the chicken McNuggets tasted as expected. I ordered a McDouble and was surprised to see pickles on it, because I usually don’t get pickles. But it was an error on my part, not the kitchen’s. The inside was very clean and brightly lit, which made for a pleasant eating experience."
"The customer service here was absolutely phenomenal especially from Toni she was simply professional in every single way imaginable in taking the order for our food and then when we get to the next window to get our food the lady's there were extremely professional."
"Absolutely would not recommend our crew used to stop there often but now it takes 30 minutes to get a sausage biscuit and coffee or burger. There's always an employee out on smoke break or dancing around while the line stacks up."
"I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickle and get back on the interstate and realize they did not put any meat on either hamburgers. I did not order a bun with cheese onions pickles ketchup and mustard. Over $5 totally wasted. I actually called while still on the road. I explained that I wasn't willing to turn around and add another 20-30 min to my already hours long trip to bring it back, but I wanted to make them aware. Whoever I talked to, (mgr??), just said "ok" and hung up on me. No apology. Nothing."
