"Rear heat didn't work. Was told the rear heat unit, inside the center column, had to be replaced. Apx $600.00 I removed the center column, there isn't a rear heat unit, found the plastic ducktwork disconnected. Fixed it. Glove box wouldn't open, told the whole glove box had to be replaced. $400 Removed the glove box, loosened set screw on release mechanism, adjusted & tightenen . Problem solved. Leather dash pad shrinking & peeling back. Told "Most people just ignore it". Needed new tires on XTS VSport & asked if I could go to a taller sidewall. They said yes & gave me a price for in stock tires. Checked two other places, both said no other tire size will work when 20inch wheels & brembo brakes."

"Terrible service, extremely disorganized, even for a dealership. I watched people stand around while the phones rang on multiple occasions. Staff was very unprofessional, failed to inform me that they didn't have the parts on hand. Instead, they let me sit in their lounge for 2 hours (for a 1 hour repair) and, when I finally asked what was taking so long they told me about the missing part, that they could order it and it was just one piece and was easy to install and everything else was done. When I came back the next day (because they hadn't called about the part being in and wouldn't answer their phone) I learned that no work had been done on my vehicle the previous day while I waited, that they had lied to me, and that the part was in in case I still wanted them to do the work. I have over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, there are decent dealships and there are bad dealships, this is undoubtedly a bad dealships. I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere."
