"We just left Wendy's in Abingdon Va because the dining room door was already locked at 8:12 pm. I called to find out why & was told they needed that time to close the front end down. I told them they should hire someone or go home. This person called me back to give me a hard time about what I had said so I just hung up. This is ridiculous to close the dining room an hour early. I guess they didn't need our money & I won't be going back!"

"Management was rude when I went through drive-through to pick up a mobile order. The employee was not rude, but the management over talked the employee and she raised her voice to me and said I had to come inside if she would’ve said, sorry for the inconvenience but you’re going to have to come inside. It would’ve been different but she was rude and then when I came inside, she rudely told me the food is over there very disrespectful and unprofessional bad example for her younger employees"

"Horrible service. Woman working the 2nd window was rude and argued with us on what was ordered. A drink was incorrect and when asked to correct it she commented “well guess we’ll just throw money away”. 1st attendant couldn’t hear or understand anything ordered or questions asked. I could handle 1st attendant but the 2nd one was absolutely lacking any customer service skills. The rudest person I’ve encountered at a Wendy’s establishment. Restaurant was empty, no reason for the behavior or poor service. We gave them our food back and didn’t request a refund. Will never return."

"Food was great. The place was nice and clean. A lady walked around asking if anyone needed anything and if everything was alright. I liked that!"

"Got 2 single with cheese, both super stale bread. One of the singles the meat was raw and the people that check you out are always short."
