"1 star only to be able to leave review..... I bought 2 new truck mats for my early 70's Chevys about 20 months ago. Installed 1 right away, left the other in box about 12 months. Took 2nd one out of box, and had it sitting on counter about 8 months in controlled safe area. Unfolded to install and found it dry rotten, ripped and falling apart. Attempted to call customer service for them to rectify the situation, only to be told that "The window of return had passed on the unused item." Then told me that there was a bad batch released and customers were notified, but I received no such notification. After investing over $350 in mats that were not of quality material, and being told that they were only to last for less than 2 years. As the 1st mat that was installed is already needing replaced less than 2 years later. I was told that he would talk to his boss and get back to me. Waiting for response from owner to tell me how they plan to make this right, if they do at all. Will update at that time. I understand that products do wear and tear and go bad, but a good company should stand behind their products and not try to pass the blame to the customer. Especially when the product is still technically brand new."

"I ordered a bed kit from third party that got parts from here. I didnt catch that a panel was missing right away. Now they are claiming it was shipped and not their problem. Neither company will admit fault and say not my problem. But key parts was the packer and shipping company. Unprofessional and crooked company policies."
