"They were having multiple issues with customers when we arrived. Cashier seemed like he had no clue about the specials being offered by McDonald's. I asked to be refunded for our order and rering up the order correctly. I was told they couldn't do a refund, but she was able to refund me for one sandwich. Other staff could be heard arguing in the kitchen. Very unprofessional."

"Used a code for a discounted meal. When I pulled to the window, they didn't have my order to confirm payment. I found out they cancelled it by accident. So when they fixed it in their system, there was no code and it charged me full price from the app, even though they had originally taken my code at the ordering kiosk. When I pulled to the 2nd window to share my issue, they just listened to me and handed me my food and that was it. I park and went to speak to someone, and then they asked if I used the wrong scanning code just for points. I reiterated that the person who took my order took my 4 digit code for the discount. This is when I found out they accidentally cancelled my order. No one spoke to me face to face to tell me what happened. But then someone reimbursed me the price of a medium fry, less than 4 dollars, which was still less than half of what my order should have costed. No explanation, customer service was extremely poor. I am usually never one to complain, leave reviews, or ask for a refund, but I was so disappointed with what occurred, that I had to leave a review."

"Food there was ok at best. The service has been not the best for awhile. Since they remodeled the food just doesn't taste the same."

"I am vegan but have had to stop here while traveling multiple times to use the bathroom. The bathroom is always spotlessly clean, the rest of the restaurant looks clean, and the drive through and line inside is never backed up."
