"I haven’t been able to enjoy this location because since opening they are always out of stock on many items. Every one of my go-to drinks is out of stock. This is getting a bit ridiculous. This store needs more training instead of getting thrown to the wolves to figure it all out. Shame on the corporation for doing that!"
"I waited and let the store be open for awhile to see if it would get any better and it’s horrible still months later. Very slow service. Constantly taking the mobile ordering option away. Drinks hardly ever taste like they’re supposed to. Multiple times now been given hot drinks when we have ordered iced drinks. Almost always sold out of common things like Carmel syrup and stuff like that. Drive thru is almost always wrapped around the store. Closing early and randomly. We even got sick off drinks from this location before. Something needs to change here because waiting forever for a Starbucks to get here just for it to be this horrible is sad."
