"I was going through the area running a vehicle from West Virginia down to Florida. I was having cooling issues, determined it to be the water pump. Ron helped me on the system and found they had the pump I needed for my truck. The transaction had to be turned over to Kevin because Ron had to go on a delivery. Both interactions were extremely pleasant. After I completed my repair, I was on my way. Well, I thought I was. I ended up back on the side of the road and in trying to bleed potential air out of the system, I lost 2 gallons of coolant. I call the store, got to the shift leader, Hunter, and was able to work out a deal for getting me delivered the 2 gallons of coolant. Mr. Ron shows up and said hey there friend, long time no see. hands me my the coolant and stays around for a few moments to make sure everything is good. Then gives me a contact and says, If you get stuck here, let me know. Great guys at this location, Thank you guys for the outstanding assistance."

My van happened to overheat on the road right in front of O’Reilly’s and I pulled in their parking lot and he took care of my van and I was able to get home.
