"Absolutely love the furniture piece we bought but the tape they used for the ticket on the furniture discolored and removed paint. Have not been able to fix it."

"Placed an order online. Called about the order because it was placed on a Sunday when the business was closed. Was told that it would be in Wednesday. Never heard anything come Wednesday so I decided to call on Saturday. Called and was put on hold. Someone said they checked the back and didn’t see it. That they would speak to someone and call me back. Well no one ever called back. Honestly considering canceling my order and going else where for furniture."

"My wife and I just left Badcock to go to another furniture store. When we entered, we were not greeted by a sales representative. When we asked about a sofa that we saw on line the sales woman politely pointed to the back if the store and said it's over there. We looked around some more and no one came to help. I asked if anyone worked here. She said she did but still didn't offer to help. We walked out and went to Schewels and bought a sofa, recliner and mattress. My tried calling Badcock to report the incident but was on hold 12 minutes before hanging up."
