"I cannot believe how incredibly rude the employees are. I was in the drive through and I could not understand what they said through the speaker when they asked for my name, so I said “umm…” before realizing what they said, and then answering with my name. I cannot believe the audacity these people have to write “uhh Rachel” on my cup. Maybe you think you’re being funny, but please, learn some basic social skills before working at a place in which you have to interact with others. As someone who already overthinks everything they say, thank you for making it worse! Love Starbucks and their TYPICAL friendliness, but will not be returning to this location."

"This is our local Starbucks, so we frequent it a fair amount. It's always clean and the employees are nice. They've always gotten my drinks and mobile orders right. There is a good amount of indoor seating and a nice outdoor area as well."
