Ordered a pastry " they gave me the display pastry that was plastic. The coffee, I asked for non dairy creamer and, it didn't desolve right and, the film on the coffee left a greasy filling on my lips that wouldn't go away ."

"Never on time with ordering ahead and usually delayed by 10-15 mins esp with shift change. Constantly runs out of syrups and the kids that work there do not have the greatest common sense, I just went in 10 mins after the order said it was ready and the lady said they were out of vents cups and said there system was down so they can not cancel or update. Left with two hot smalls with 6 ounces less. Will not be going back, will go to towers and drive the extra mileage!"
