"I purchased a refrigerator at a big box store for Thanksgiving. Upon delivery the item was damaged and could not be replaced until after the holiday. Received full refund of damaged item. Went to Lotts Appliances in Stuarts Draft, VA and they were able to provide and deliver a new refrigerator a day or two before Thanksgiving. I recently made a second large purchase with Lotts Appliances. Hailey and Jennifer were a delight to work with and priced matched the big box stores prices. "I am absolutely blown away!!! I have literally never encountered customer service like this. We have a rental in Wintergreen and the refrigerator died on the first night of our guests stay. I was frantic trying to figure out what to do as we are almost 4 hours away. I called a bunch of people trying to find a solution and nobody could help until I called Lott's. Not only were they able to deliver it the very same day, but in order to squeeze us into the schedule and make it work out for our guests one of the owners accompanied the delivery person to the house to act as a helper to make sure that they could complete the delivery. They have my business forever."
