"14 minute wait. $1.59 to add a slice of cheese. $0.35 for each ranch. A $0.50 upcharge because I wanted tea with my meal instead of soda?? I don’t drink soda. And after that wait (with nobody ahead of us in the lobby line) got dry chicken and cold fries. I know you can’t hold a mcdonalds to a high standard but this was rough."

"Excellent experience at this McDonald’s! As soon as we walked in the door, the manager was asking to help us with anything we needed. He proceeded to check up on us while we were eating and ask if he could get us refills. The food was made very well and was some of the best McDonald’s that I’ve had. The service was very fast and efficient. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and organized. It seemed to me that the staff strive for excellence in every way. They were all super nice. Great experience, would highly recommend this location! I will be pinning think on the map for my travels!"

"Very very rude! 2nd drive thru personal Refused to give me her name know the disrespect she gave me. I order at 6:29 and didn’t make it through the drive thru until 6:50. I will not be back. I would encourage an investigation on this woman in the 2nd drive thru at 6:50 today November 25!"

"This specific McDonald's is a bit slower than others and though I understand what it's like to be in food service the first drive through employee wasn't very nice. My burger is always messed up but that's cause I tend to have a few substitutions. Our food wasn't the best but it's McDonald's so don't expect greatness, just cheap and easy."

"I don't know what's going with all of our McDonald's in the state of Virginia but the Frappes have less and less coffee in them and less Caramel and Mocha flavoring and they taste like water. This McDonald's keep mixing a little Mocha with the Caramel and it doesn't taste right. The workers are always nice and good, its not the workers. I think it's upper management trying to save money by not putting much coffee in the frappes. So now the Frappes the were once the Best are now the Worst."
