"I come here frequently, I order the same thing every time; two orders of chicken fries and french fries. Everytime I ask for it to be made fresh, and every time I get my food the chicken fries are old, soggy and taste like they've been microwaved."

"Went through the drive through around 6 last night to order. There were 4 cars in the drive through at the time. When I got up to the speaker box to make my order and I was told it would be a 10 minute wait before he could take my order. I ended up sitting there for almost 20 minutes before I could order 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. The manager who took my order and helped me was super rude and definitely not professional. I waited over a half hour for 4 simple PLAIN sandwiches and still paid full price. For cold and old chicken!! Even the burgers were cold. Seriously this place needs help."

"Terrible online ordering experience. Waited for about thirty minutes, workers never told me my food was ready until I asked about it. To preface, once I ordered on the app it explicitly stated that they will call once the food was ready, as is true of most, if not all, fast food places so I definitely had my reasons for not being assertive about it. Of course, in hindsight I should've asked much sooner but initially they were very busy and I was attempting to be understanding. With that being said, once I asked about my order I did not deserve to be met with a rude attitude and an incomplete order. I had to ask for multiple things that were missing, and I still ended up without some items once I left. Very disappointed:/"

"Where to start... I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. The lady sounded miserable but politely told me someone would take my order soon. I sat for 2 minutes. Then I ordered a 6 piece nugget and a chicken sandwich. I pulled up to the window and was greeted with a scowl and a hand ready to take my money. No smiles, no verbal greeting. She handed me my food and card and shut the window. No verbal interaction at all. What I got was an 8 piece nugget and a chicken wrap. 100% wrong order. If you can't perform the most menial tasks, you don't deserve 15 an hour"

"Burger was good onion rings were good. The marinara sauce for the Cheese sticks tasted burnt. Not their fault and that comes prepacked. Would have Given more stars but I waiting behind 1 car and it took 35 min to get through the drive through. They completely ignored the guy in front of me for like 10 min. Before they took his order. Amd then when I got to the speaker they just came in and said we’ll be with you in a min And 13 min later they got around to getting my order. Amd It’s not like there was a lot of people inside. There was 1 car in. The lot and a lady and 2 kids in the dining area And that was it. Good thing they don’t get much of a rush with times like that. Do those are my only 2 gripes"
