"This place is horrible first they didn't even bother to put ice in any of my drinks, then I was missing an entire meal then the food they gave me was cold and they didn't even look like they were wearing gloves don't go to this location at all"

"Check your order. I've ordered direct at drive through and through the app. There is ALWAYS something missing - either entirely missing an item or meal; food not portioned correctly (like 7 instead of 10 nuggets); wrong size fries or drinks; missing additives like salad dressings and packets or sauces. Very frustrating and feels like robbery. If you go, check the bags."

"This location has become terrible. 95% of the time I place an order, I either don't get everything in the order. Or I'm missing half of what I should've received. Sometimes I have to head back inside immediately. Or at a later date, and explain why most of my items are missing. It takes ten minutes to get my food..... when there's only one or two cars in front of me at the drive-thru. It's like the staff is getting high, or are on something else worse. Or maybe some of the managers are being insensitive to the staff. Either way, this has been going on for about one year now. It's infuriating, and as long as I've visited this location in the last twenty-five years. Business has never been this bad. Something needs to be done, to make customers and staff happy and satisfied."

"This was the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to. Traveling here from Ct to visit my daughter at VMI. The staff was too busy flirting with a female patron and talking to each other to be bothered. The food was cold and he had no idea he didn't charge me so the meal was free !!! Do better Lexington Wendy's!!!"

"The lobby was closed again, drive through only. When we finally got up to the window the girl wasn't very friendly. She didn't give us any straws and we got ranch salad dressing packs instead of dipping sauce for our nuggets. How the heck are you going to dip in the pack going down the road?"
