"The food was very greasy and the prices on the website didn’t match what we were charged. Had far better pizza for less else where. I’ve never been charged for sauce on top of the charge for calzone before. They nickel and dime you to death. Not very friendly there. Don’t waste your money there, there are better places in Clifton Forge. We will never eat there again"

"If you like day old cafeteria pizza, this is your restaurant. If you like kitchen staff that could care less about your food quality or if they have completed your order correctly, this is your restaurant. Constantly having an issue with the orders. No sauce for your fried mushrooms, no cheese in the fried mozzarella sticks really guys? I'm all about supporting local businesses but THIS ISNT THE ONE. And you wonder why your restaurant is empty. No thanks. There are other restaurants in the area that serve wholesome food with a smile and do it right everytime. You have an attitude if someone complains that you didn't complete the order correctly? Really? I do not support this business. You don't even want to deliver to your local customers anymore. Why are you even open for business?"

"We were looking for dinner on Sunday early evening and if you have been in this area you know not many restaurants are open on Sunday evenings when we happened to come across Bella’s so we made the drive from Hot Springs Va here which took a bit of time. The place is easy to find and super clean and well appointed and the staff is oh so friendly. They have a great menu selection. My wife had the eggplant parm while I had the baked meat lasagna. Both dishes were very good once we ordered our food was out very quickly and hot and delicious. There is nothing fancy here just good down home cooking and real comfort food place. The staff is warm and friendly and very attentive my glass of ice tea never got below a third empty. This will be a go to place when we are in the area. You can not go wrong here. Portions are a good size not overly large and the pricing is great also."

"We came in during a long road trip and Bella Pizza was the only restaurant for a few miles. We got salad, eggplant parmesan dinner and baked spaghetti dinner and it was delicious. I feel rejuvenated and loved. Both waitresses were so nice and friendly, our food came out quickly, and each dinner came with free garlic bread and salad. All three of us left satisfied! And if that wasnt enough they have an arcade cabinet"

"I've eaten here several times and find that the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are clean but very small. The parking lot is okay near the store and is lit pretty well but not at all near the back. They have a patio area and a section for parties. What I do not like about the place is that your calzone aka turnover does not include sauce so if you want sauce you get charged $1.50 extra for it. I placed a order to go and was told it was$38.08 for 2 large calzones and 2 extra things of sauce. When I went to pick up the food I noticed that I only had 2 cups not 4 I asked and had to clarify that I wanted 2 extra things of sauce. He gave me the sauce (although the cook with long hair was not wearing a mask) the total stayed at 38.08 on the receipt I find that I had been already charged for the 2 extra things of sauce. So I do wonder how many people order extra sauce pay for it and never get it thinking that extra sauce means a large cup is filled up."
