"Customer service does not exist at this location. Ask to speak to a manager and was told there is not a manager on duty and talking to a manager is not going to change anything. Employee's need to be trained and learn customer service skills. Have been to this location 3 times now and the outcome is always the same, untrained employees and lack of customer service. I will visit another location next time but if the customer service is the same I will be going back to other competitors and go back to ordering online."
