I had an emergency and needed a simple favor, Janice at the front desk was so understanding and understood the circumstances of today’s world (COVID 19), and helped me with a smile on her face. Just because of this, if I am ever in that area and need work done, I will gladly give them my business due to her kindness. Side note - The DMV that shares a building with them should have all their employees take note of how to help clients/customers. They sure could use more people like Janice."
