"Went here to order Kentucky Fried Chicken line of cars was super long & too long to wait. Food has been good & reason for going back. Can’t order chicken online with Kentucky Fried Chicken, have to order in drive through. Order all fast food online and pay. Then just drive to pick food up. I’m sure I’m not the only car that decided the wait was too long and drove away and got food from somewhere else. Sunday 11/12/23 after 7:30 pm. Kentucky Fried Chicken needs to hire more employees and let customers order online."

"Last couple times we picked up chicken we were very disappointed. It was very greasy, the "breaded" skin was coming off the meat and disgusting. Some of the pieces appeared to have been doubled fried with skin tough and dark. For the price it is quite sad. As for the potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw.. the coleslaw continues to be the best part of it."

"I have been calling for 3 days now. The wrong over fried chicken was given to us and a manager or owner will jot return our calls.... it's been 3 days already. Charlottesville kfc has even tried to help with no response. This is the dried up chicken wings we received. A 12 piece bucket came with an 18 piece.... I'm sure it's because they knew it was small, dried up, and trash."
