"I feel so sorry for the owners of this location, very poor hiring when it comes to staff. Been there 4 times and a span of 2 years and every time had a bad experience. Went there last night to give it a try again after 6 months to see if any improvements were made and let me tell you thumbs down . Got there after work around 7pm and went to the drive thru and was told day are only able to take care of customers inside, I said ok no problem when I go in there’s a staff scratching his face with the gloves on and never took it off . I hear another staff near the drive thru window spitting with a loud Nasty sound. When I’m there standing the staff that is scratching his face with gloves sees me and doesn’t even greet or ask if I needed help and just walks away (WHITE MALE WITH GLASSES SKINNY) is the person . Anyways I hope the owner of this location has other income because clearly this restaurant is very poor managed and seems to look like it’s just a hobby restaurant. Will be sending corporate some pictures and videos I have gathered thru out my last two visit to see if they can rescue their brand from this owner that clearly doesn’t care."

"We were going to eat at Wendy’s as walking in customer came out and said they are really slow. Most times they are anyways. Today was worse than before. One customer was waiting on a refund for wrong food that he waited for awhile to get. Then they had to go call someone because they can’t give refund. There still another group in front of me to order food. Someone went back to let them know people needed to order but they said they trying to figure out the refund first. So we left and went somewhere else. See why you guys are never busy."

"This location has been our favorite Wendy's ever. It's very clean. As a girl who's teen years were spent working fast food, I know what the back kitchen can look like. Its pristine back there every time. While potty training my 3 year old, I had to kneel on the bathroom floor to assist the first time eating here and I was impressed I didn't feel disgusted or scared doing so. The employees have always done 100% clarifying our orders. As a mom of 4, picky and complicated are the name of the game. You would think "plain" would be easy to get, but most places think it means ketchup, pickles, etc. Visiting today Nina and Jerod took time to get it right the first time. Our food was ready before I paid. The only thing they need is some background music, and maybe a warmer dining room."

"Was told at 730 pm they was closing at 8pm. Then they didn't have salads because they was closing. Then we got raw I mean raw burgers. Just because you close early doesn't mean you feed people raw food. After we paid full price for our meals. Never again!!! Store sucks big time."

"Burger was pink and not cooked all the way through. Worker said there were no fries, no coke, and candied almonds could not be removed from salad despite that being an option online. The Summer Strawberry Salad did not come with its dressing."
