"Walked in and waited a good 5-7 minutes before someone decided to walk out to serve me and my family. On top of that 3 other people walked into the store waiting as well. Ladies were okay, not a great atmosphere because it seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. I got 3 foot longs and 2 of them were burnt, 1 was a footlong and we asked for easy buffalo sauce, but it was disgustingly flooded and making the sandwich saucy. We had to ask for a ranch cup to dye it down. We did eat in and ate what was given to us because they were in the bath after people left. I spend $49.99 on burnt, overly sauced sandwiches, on top of that the girls speaking to us in and unfriendly manner."

"My husband and I were there for lunch today. Had a salad and he had a foot long bmt. What happened to chopping the salads? If you don't offer that anymore then how about having plastic knives for your customers so they can chop their salads. I asked about it to the ladies behind the counter and there was attitude when I asked. I had to use my husband's pocket knife to cut my salad."

"3rd time I had to wait on an on-line order. I got to watch everyone else in line get there's first. Hopefully, they do not mess up my order again. If there was one closer I would not ever come back! Avoid this one if possible."

"We have purchased from this Subway off and on for sometime and usually they get it right. This time, no. I ordered 2 #11 Clubs and one #13 Ital which was okay. One of the Clubs was correct but the second, it had the correct additions but instead of the correct Club meats on it, they added chicken teriyaki which was tough and not all that great. As for the breads, they were correct but all were so tough we had to tear the breads to eat them. This was the most frustrating visit we've had. I called and requested a call back which, after a week, I've not received. I have filed a complaint. We'll see if anything comes of it. We'll not be back."
