"JR Tire in Grottoes. I took my Volkswagon bug there to have the air condition repaired. I was told the compressor that had already recently been replaced was bad. It was still under full warranty, so there was no cost to me associated with replacing the compressor again. JR had my car for `10 weeks. We checked on it regularly and several times it was communicated they were waiting on parts. Finally after 10 weeks I was told my car was repaired. When it was picked up from their service center my air condition had the same problem as when I took it there. It wasn't cooling. I was told it was worked on for `8 hours troubleshooting and replacing the compressor. I was charged $112.00 for refrigerant and $450.00 labor for a problem that Still exist. I took it back to JR's again and told them my air condition still wasn't working. They kept my car another week plus. We went to check on it again and was told they didn't know what else to do but they couldn't get it to work. I picked my car up with the same problems it had when I took it there. Now 11 weeks later and out of hundreds of dollars. I would never recommend Jr service center in Grottoes. Friendly faces but a horrible experience. At best I should not have been charged labor for a service I never received."
