McDonald's 6220 Backlick Road, Springfield, VA 22150

"I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and a burrito. The sandwich tasted raw and "grease?" was oozing out of it. The sausage burrito was stale cold like it was in the fridge for 30 minutes or it was freezer burned then warmed up in a microwave and taken out early. Do not go to this particular restaurant. Clearly they allow this quality of of food out of of the door with the potential to make people sick. I don't even like writing reviews, but this... is disgusting."

"The food at this busy location is always fresh. The wait is not bad. 75% of the time the condiments requested will not be in your bag. Staff is polite. I never go inside so I can't rate atmosphere."

"I genuinely didn’t think McDonald’s could be this bad - but let me tell you - IT IS. I used to work nearby so McDonald’s was the quickest and easiest thing to get on my break. Not ONCE did they make my order correctly, or have been even remotely fast at making my order. The bar is already low for McDonald’s across the globe, but this one really takes the cake! There is not a McDonald’s worse than this McDonald’s in the entire United States of America. I just went to this McDonald’s drive-through at 6:30 PM on a Wednesday and asked for a large ice water as the first thing in my order. The woman at the drive-through window said “We do not have water.” What kind of “restaurant” does not have water? I asked again “You have no water? Not even in the dining room fountains?” to clarify if they really did not have water, and instead of responding to us, she switched her headset over to another window. I was sitting there saying “hello?” into the drive-through window for about a minute until I realized that she had literally just ignored me and moved on to another person who was behind me. I have never experienced something like that in the lowest of the low restaurants, but coming from a corporate-heavy staple of American soil, I am utterly disappointed. The short little woman who wears a long sleeve blue button up needs to be fired because she honestly has no idea how to do her job or even be a remotely friendly person. If you’re thinking of coming to this McDonald’s - DON’T. There’s better ones, that are maybe a little bit farther away from where you are, but trust me - spending an extra 5 minutes driving to another McDonald’s will put you at peace for the rest of your life on Earth."

"First I’d like to mention if you’re going to have handicap parking please have the door closest to the handicap parking open. It was closed when we went at 9am and my mom who uses a cane and can’t walk slow had to walk all around the McDonald’s to find the entrance. The service was on but they didn’t make my moms coffee right and the girl didn’t understand when she asked if they could add a little more coffee to darken it. They put way to much cream. My mom asked for 2 creams and it looked as if it had 5. Other than that is an ok McDonald’s"
