"I have been coming here with my family since I was in high school. That is a few decades now. I don’t know what happened to this place but the food is not what it used to be and the service is terrible. The servers used to be friendly and we were on a first name basis with a few but now it’s just a couple rude guys and girls who don’t even care. I can deal with a nonchalant attitude from service workers. I get it. But the food is what I come for and that has gone WAY downhill from what it used to be. The pizza sucks now. It’s soggy and I think they also changed the cheese and sauce to something cheaper. Can you believe it’s like $20 something for a large cheese now? Anyway I tried again and ordered the lasagna for lunch one day and I almost threw up. The beef tasted as if it had freezer burn and it had a very nasty acidic taste to it. I immediately threw it away. I tried again like a dummy because I am a loyal man and thought it might have just been an off day or two and because I really used to love their food. I went with the grilled chicken veggie sub. What I got was a veggie sub with exactly two pieces of chicken, one on each half. I couldn’t believe it. I paid $13 plus I tipped the little rude Spanish guy $5 at the counter to just hand me the bag. He just looked at me stone faced and curled his mouth when I told him to have a nice day. That is the last straw for me!"

"I've been coming here for the last 25 or so years. It's really an institution in the area. Jonathan and his crew are second to none when it comes to the quality of their food. When I eat at Malek's, 99.99999% of the time I'm ordering the Danny Steak and let me tell you this is sandwich tastes exactly the same each and every time I've been there. What better compliment can you say? Taste on point, portions on point, price on point. Small businesses like this don't last this long unless you've got something really special and they have IT. "Food was great! The salad was fresh and crispy and their Caesar was so good. The pepperoni pizza was also amazing! The Chicken Alfredo was also super delicious, although not quite sure how I felt about the tomato slices in the pasta. That was certainly different. Otherwise great place to get some good food."
