Group service fee, but 20 people had to fuss over one tablet payment in turn instead of enjoying their time. -- Some family members went with a large group and one member feels like they got food poisoning there and they feel unwell - they won't be having the leftovers brought back. They said the food was average and nothing special. More infuriatingly, the group was charged an extra $8 on their bill (see itemized receipt). When they brought this up, other members checked their bills and saw they were also overcharged by anywhere from $8-10. When brought up with management, they were told they'd look into it and return the extra charge - it remains to be seen if this actually happens. One wonders how long this has been going on for and how many people would actually notice. The industry standard of 20% for large groups was charged, but the check out process was done through a tablet that was passed around and people chose what they ordered. The restaurant said they didn't take cash so payment couldn't split that way. For a group of 20 older people, it was a lot more complicated and confusing. A member of the group was going around helping the others. For a small group, this probably works fine - for a larger groups, it becomes annoying."
