"That's the only place I can go before I go to work and I go to the drive-thru and they are always slow. Then when you get your food they don't give you a fork with it and half of the time you got to ask for a napkin. The employees there are very nice but they are so busy that they rushed through to get everybody out of there and forget to put the necessary stuff in the bag"

"This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever experienced. First off the line inside and drive through are very slow and the service is bad the staff Don’t seem to know what they are doing also they never have a simple chicken wrap in stock and when they actually do they serve it to me cold not to mention my medium coffee I ask for 3 cream and 3 sugars they just gave me a black coffee that tasted like hot boiling water. This is unacceptable and go to Dunkin donut a lot but I won’t be coming back to this location."

"I placed a mobile order and went to the counter to pick up my food. After 14 min, my food still wasn't ready or available (they seem to keep all the order behind the counter in disarray and not accessible in the mobile order area), and it's very hard to talk to any employee as they seem to try to avoid eye contact or approaching the mobile order area. When an employee finally came to the mobile area, I tried to ask the employee about my order and was rudely told twice to give her a second (in a very dismissive manner and disrespectful tone). She never looked in my direction to acknowledge me or help me. Just overall dissatisfied with the attitude. It's really a shame because this location is new, and now, I know why there are so many bad reviews commenting on the service here. I wish this location had a more pleasant experience, especially, to start the day. Needs more friendly customer service and organization in the mobile order section. I will drive further to another location on my way to work in order to have a better experience. This is the first time that I have ever left a review on google but it was worth noting how terrible the experience was."
