"This was my first time ever visiting a Dave & Busters and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was really good. Our Hostess was friendly and our waiter was great. The kids had a blast. I definitely recommend this place"

"Went on a Monday night at 8pm..The $5 Special was a joke of an appetizer. Brought us a bunch of crumbled nachos from the bottom of the bag on a plate and barely any topping. They don't have much of a beer selection and their Sunday/Monday $3.99 a pint special is limited to 4 domestic light beers. Took 15-20min to get my second round and they added 18% mandatory service charge for bad service. Won't be going back."

"Our smile-free, pinkish-haired hostess insisted our autistic son eat in a noisier section. Good burger, but it was served ten minutes after our children were served. My $13 drink had about half a shot in it, and my wife's IPA was weak but they failed to charge her for it. Awful bathroom scene as the photos will attest. Not returning."

"I've been to better D&B, but it has been a while. The person at the front desk selling the swipe cards didn't say a word until I told her what I wanted. She just sat there while I tried to figure out which card I wanted. She was very cold. We sat down to eat and was seated in the bar section. Either the server was cold or I had the wrong expectation after dealing with the receptionist. He warned up when we ordered. The food area was great, we had the parmesan fries and pretzel dogs. Both better than average with exceptional sauces. Two managers, and they both stopped by to check on us and refill drinks. The games were clean, and someone was always walking around wiping down the sink tables. The games were modern. Atmosphere was fun except dealing with the employees. They just didn't seem like they want to be there. As we left, I was able to observe the receptionist again, and she still looked completely miserable. As in one bad comment away from walking out. "Dave & Buster's restaurant, lower level inside a large arcade room. They automatically add an 18% gratuity to your check, they do however above total have a line where you to either add or subtract from that gratuity. I despise establishments that automatically add tips or gratuities and extras to the check. If you want to tip you better be providing a service that is good. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time but unfortunately most of it was served lukewarm, little on the cold side, the french fries and the fried cauliflower, but at least the buffalo wings were served warm. After the food was delivered nobody followed up to check on us to see how the food was or if there was anything else they could get us, so the service is a little lacking. We sat at the bar, and most of the seats were empty."
