"I use to work there and I love working there but. I left that store do to my grandmother passing away and I couldn’t even get my 3 days off I had to miss her everything I even told the manager that I had a funeral to go to and she was like well I have planes so u are going to have to come in bc I have things planned and if not you will get a written up and there was a day u messed up my back pretty bad when unloading truck and had to come in even know my back was messed up and then there was a bad snow storm where I lived at and drove across 3 mountains to get to work and called and told here that I wrecked my car and I would not make it in to work and the next day I come in and I got a write up like the roads was cover in ice and snow I had to pay a tow truck to pull my car out and I can just keep on I am sorry but I would have not walked out if I was not getting treated badly and now I can’t ever work at another family dollar ever again be I was put on the do not hire list I busted my butt there I work even come in on my days off and work I. Even let my anger go home early when she asked me. I am just so sad that I was mad to work when my grandma passed away this year and I was supposed to have 3 days off by law and I didn’t even get that I would have stayed but the manager was bad that’s all I can say"

"Store is awful now. Can't use the cart to take your stuff to the car. So count on multiple trips back and forth to your vehicle if you have a lot of stuff"

"Usually have good experience. This morning I go and get all my stuff, go to pay with a total of $20 and she would not take a $50 . I had to leave all my stuff...this is a problem, you should have $30 in change."
