"This place used to be so much better. It’s gone waaaaay downhill. If I ever go here at this point it’s because they stay open late- not because the food is great. I don’t know why this has become the same issue I have at this place but the last 3 times I came to eat here, I would order a LARGE bowl of soup and they would come out with a small bowl of soup. The 1st time this happened I didn’t say anything and just accepted the small bowl of soup but the tried to charge me for a large bowl. That’s not cool. The other 2 times this happened, I pointed out that I ordered a LARGE soup and request they fix the order.i get the vegetable Pho and the last time I ate there it was so flavorless that it took A LOT of hoisin and sriracha sauce to make it taste decent. I think if I ever come back here it will be if I’m super desperate."
"First visit since covid. Used to be on my regular restaurant rotation. Spring rolls in rice paper are always refreshingly good. Then grilled pork or chicken over vermicelli noodles are a hit. Very pleased to return and add to my “favorites” list."
"Super yummy. Great broth and good prices. Will be back."
"The broth was so flavorful! The meat was tender and there’s plenty of bean sprouts."
"This Vietnamese restaurant was a short hop and skip from the hotel we stayed at as we explored DC's cherry blossom season. I'm glad we tried this establishment. We got here later than we hoped for as we got stuck in traffic getting out of DC. Our wait was worth it. Pho was very good--very good broth. The top round was OK--I had it better in the past. Service was prompt and courteous. Though it was Sunday evening, it was very quiet except for a couple of take-out orders coming in. We were the only customers at around 8:30, and we enjoyed our private dining experience. The friendly chef came out of the kitchen a couple of times and chatted with us and checked on us."
