"The only thing I have to say good about this location is that our waitress, Tonya, was the BEST waitress ever!!! Despite having to practically run the restaurant by herself because the manager did not have the decency to come out and help her when more partons arrived, she was helpful, took care of our meal issues (and there were quite a few that were not her fault-they were ALL THE KITCHEN'S FAULT!!!) and made us feel like we were family. She has been there for twenty-three years, and I TRULY hope Friday's has shown her some gratitude or something. If not, shame on them! I will go back to this location just to see her, but I won't eat here until they get rid of the cooks or retrain them."
"We went to this location mid afternoon today and when we arrived there was one person sitting at the bar and the restaurant was completely empty. The bartender was courteous when greeting us and attentive taking our food and drink orders and repeated the order back as it was entered. I ordered boneless wings with the sauces on the side along with a broccoli & cheddar soup and caesar salad. My spouse ordered ribs with mashed potatoes and onion rings. After about 30 minutes the bartender brought out traditional wings and I immediately reminded her that I ordered boneless. She apologized and offered to let us have those wings free and placed an order for the boneless. Although I appreciated the offer to keep those wings, I ask her to take them away because they were pale and looked barely cooked and I knew that I wouldn't eat them. Another ten minutes and the soup and salad arrived. The soup bowl was barely lukewarm with the soup being cold and the cheese separated while the lettuce in the salad was brown and unappetizing. I don't like to send food back but both those were inedible. There needs to be some serious quality control implemented at this location. The bartender apologized but bad food is beyond her control. We will not be coming back to this location anytime soon."
"The waitress was attentive, the whiskey glazed burger was prepared correctly and tasted fantastic. The women’s restroom need paper towels which is the reason for only 4 stars, seeing as my party of 3 was there within a half hour of their 11:00 AM opening I would hope that the restrooms would have been restocked and ready for the day’s customers."
"I had good memories of Fridays about 20 years ago. Had dinner here awhile back, and I likely will not return. Place was not crowded, so got table quickly. Overall place is dimly lit and drab atmosphere. Tables have been carved by other customers over the years, so it feels like college dive bar and not what I remembered as a TGI Fridays. Waitress was good server, very attentive, but I had to hold my breath every time she came around. Not sure if it was her breath, body, or both...but she lacked some hygiene. Overheard other staff arguing over work schedules using language that would have been better suited in a highschool locker room. Food was unimpressive at best. The loaded skins came out chewy, likely been reheated several times. Burgers were overcooked and salty. Everything just felt gross. I've had better experiences at Waffle House."
"Update: it's been a while since I went here during college days but it's definitely seen better days. Everything has a certain stickiness to it and it's definitely old looking, the staff looks tired and not being attentive. The food is okay at best but it's good for its price. The rewards program is it's saving grace but with update, I lost more than half of the points. I don't know if I'll be keep going here due to that. Good food selection and cheap drink options. Staff is pretty good but there is a bit of wait time."
