"Dishonest and poor service I ordered a drive-up pick-up, and when I got home, I noticed my food was not toasted despite ordering my sandwich toasted) When I called the store, he mentioned it was toasted and just got cold because he worked on another sandwich. However, I questioned his integrity because the food was cold and not heated, and the sandwich bread itself showed no sign of being toasted. When I mentioned this, he didn’t deny it and instead insisted I talk to his manager. After talking to the manager, she mentioned the employee "did try to remedy the situation by remaking the sandwich." I had to remind her 1)How did he try to remake the sandwich when I wasn’t at the store? 2) I specifically asked what can be done to fix this situation, and that’s when he told me to call his manager 3) There was no apology or any mention of fixing the order They now are saying she checked the camera and it was toasted. I now continue to test their integrity and question to what extent it was toasted. Eat at your will just don't expect them to be honest if you're not around them making your food."

"Its been a while since I came here. Wasnt too happy with the slow service before. Lots of changes. Under new management and area was very clean. Got my favorite veggie delight. Wish they would come back with the honey oat bread ! Subways fault not the location whatever. Besides that happy to see it was busy but well staffed . Got out in good time within 7 mins considering how many veggies I wanted ! Saw a soup sign will be keeping an eye for that in winter when I need a pick me up . Happy to be back and Will return for sure"
