"October 24, 2023 Receipt Number #45 I was hungry and craving mashed potatoes, gravy, and chicken. After I came home, I opened my bag and searched everywhere for the mashed potatoes, but they were not there. However, I have no complaints. The lady who assisted us at the cash register was very kind/pretty and helpful, but she simply forgot to include the mashed potatoes in my order. So sadly, mashed potatoes are my favorite side order from Popeyes."

"Asked for 12 piece chicken only and this lady who hates her job gave this little piece I don’t even know what part of the chicken as “one” piece. Is she saving the good ones for later so she can take them home? Why wouldn’t you wanna provide the customer with the best you can offer? If you hate your job, quit! She was on clock on April 14th Friday around 9pm."

Then I sent the picture to Popeyes on Facebook and got no response. So, I gave them the opportunity to fix this before posting the review. Too bad they didn't take advantage!"
