"Excellent visit. Pleasant greeting, fast service and delicious sandwich. Appreciate that, as a customer, staff seemed happy to work/take care of my order. Back to this location(my #1), tried new location (thats closer) but was not up to standards i have become accustomed to."

"Above and beyond every time I go. I have food allergy to fresh tomato and the staff at this location truly take it seriously and make sure it is clean and wiped down before making my sandwich. They clean everything and change out the knife. Every time. Doesn’t matter who is working ! Shoutout to the mgr of this location for ensuring they understand the severity to food allergies !"

"They failed to document the specifics of my orders. When I called back to address the mistake in my orders, their main concern appeared to be me returning the old sandwiches (without showing any sincerity for wasting my time). I had initially ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches: one with only provolone cheese and steak, and the second one with onions and provolone cheese. However, I received a steak and cheese sandwich with onions and peppers"

"I love Jersey Mike's subs but this place has gotten my order wrong twice. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and the sub I recieved had neither chicken or bacon on it. The employees were sitting in the back and didn't want to help customers. I would go the extra mile to go to another location."
