"Did a mobile order pick up at this location I went inside when my app said to head to the pick up counter first nobody was there so I waited finally about 10 minutes later a younger gentleman asked me for my name he went to check the shelf I guess he didn’t see it so he disappeared to the back I gave him another ten minutes thinking he was checking but after another 10 minutes I went over to the register & waited for the young lady (Fabiana I believe was her name) to finish with the customer she had I told her my name she again disappeared to the back area I waited and waited then another young man comes up & I tell him “I’ve told 2 people my name now & neither has returned to tell me anything” so he went & asked the same young lady & she screamed at him saying “I’m working on it” but how come she never came back to tell me that? And why did she need to scream and give attitude to her coworker? I never leave bad reviews especially Chick Fil A but the employees just seem to be wandering around not paying attention to the customers & all I wanted was for someone to communicate with me because I understand being busy or short staffed but COMMUNICATION IS KEY! Anyway I spent a whole 30 minutes just trying to pick up an order that I place ahead time on the app."

"I've been a customer at this location since December 2009, But lately for some reason I'm not getting my food order right. Employees are always looking busy, but if you pay more attention...they are talking each other and not focusing in the orders. Today I'm feeling mad and sad. I did ask for fries with the famous chick fil A sauce and I GOT NOTHING!!!! I'd order chicken tenders with chick fil A sauce and I GOT NOTHING!!! I ordered a Spicy Southwest salad w/grilled chicken and I got breaded chicken. Please make sure those employees get more attention at the time they prepare the orders. I did speak with the manager and he did apologize and offer me some rewards...but I wasn't looking for that..I said not thanks, All I want is the management to encourage the employees to take good care of the customers. Get a good trained employees....the good success of this location it depends on the interaction between your people(employees)and Us(customers)."

"Came through the drive through and there was an older employee there. She has short hair and it's gray. The goodness of God is all over her. She was so kind thus morning . She didn't know I was having a rough morning but her attitude was so infectious . She is reminder that God is kind and even in the roughest times He hasn't forgotten about You . Please visit this location . I left crying my eyes out because God sends comfort in places you least expect it."
