"This Burger King can NEVER get your order right. I don’t know what it is but every time you give them another chance, sad. Simple order… whopper with cheese plain… you’ll get a whopper loaded with no cheese at all smh"

"I was going through the drive through line, after waiting for five minutes, no one came to take my order. It was Thanksgiving Day, and I thought maybe the restaurant was closed. There were four cars following behind me, and I proceeded to drive through and leave, but there were workers inside. Finally one of them opened the drive through window and took my order, clearly she wasn’t happy to be working on Thanksgiving Day, and I didn’t want to upset her anymore than necessary. I have been to the Burger King many times and happy with the food and service there, but I guess I shouldn’t go on a holiday next time."

"Terrible service. This place should get changed the management First order the staff gave missing burger. We have to drove back from home 10 minutes to get it. After arriving and ask for different one, the staff still give the wrong burger that not what we ordered. 1 extra paddy missing. Had go remove cheese and pickle ourselves out. This is a problem of franchising but doesn’t know how to run business."

"It was a very bad day when I went to lunch here today. While the line was short it took me 12 minutes to place my order. By the time I reached the window another 11 minutes later, they somehow no longer knew what it was I ordered. After repeating the order I gave them my debit card. While the lady was running my debit card the lady serving me handed me in my bag of food and my drink I looked in the bag and the order was wrong so I ended it back to her for correction. I was then brought my receipt and my card which for some reason had to be processed all the way to the other side of the building instead of at the window. After pulling around the building and finding a spot of shade with the way things had gone I thought I better look at that receipt. I had been overcharged $10.15. as they had already wasted pretty much my entire lunch hour at this point. Without eating I got back into the line which was two cars longer this go round. I ate my food while I was in line to get to the speaker. There was plenty of time to eat the whole meal still two cars from the speaker. I placed my receipt next to the folded up bag with the receipt on it which was the correct amount and took a photograph of the two of them side by side. I did this just in case after ending them both receipts if they did not return them to me I would have now proof of their mistake. Although I was working just a few blocks away this whole ordeal including needing to eat while I was in line took just short of 90 minutes total. All in all my experience at this location was not very good to put it mildly."

"Fair. Their ice machine wasn’t working so I couldn’t fill my own soda. Also Just like many other fast food places it wasn’t self-serve at the condiments, napkins/straw, etc.. There must be too many self serve people in the neighborhood."
