McDonald's 3951 Pickett Road, Fairfax, VA 22030

"I have had a many a burger over the past couple of years, burgers of all shapes and sizes and i've always held fast food burgers to a lower standard of quality then your average burger. Today i experienced such a low standard of quality that i have only ever seen online before. for starters ive been to this McDonalds multiple times before and have never gotten something like this so for anyone going this McDonalds it most likely the exception and not the rule but still i fell it must be called out in order to attempt a continued acurinscay of quality in my burger. for starters i rolled into the drve through and as usual waited for someone to assure me they were there the voice machine turned on to a sound i could barley make I say that this is the reason for them getting my order wrong,(either that or the fact that the person that took my order seemedd to have a mexican accent which could lead to the conclusion that they were not very fluent in the language (it could also have been me.)) now when i received my burger it was structured diffrently then usual. the typical mcdonalds chesburger is structured in the folowing manner patty,lettuce tamatos ect,chesse,burger,patty. i had found that chesse and lettuce/tamatos had swaped places (thet tomatos i had not asked for) now latter in my meal i found a hair in my food. i place the main reason my fod was like this on the failings of the buisness and not the workers themselves. i would still recomen this mcdonalds to anyone near or passing by"

"Stopped at this restaurant the other day because my kid was starving. There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible. We went through the drive-thru to order and pick up food. I love how you're able to use an app in the Drive-Thru now. We were able to order and have her food prepared pretty quickly. The food was good. I would recommend for a visit."

"Updated: This is their idea of a LARGE french fries (photos) as of 8/16/2023. Very McDisappointed and McSad. Updated:The service has declined to the point of absurdity. Over the last month or so, drive-thru wait times have increased (especially in the evening) to 15 minutes or more. Over the last few weeks there were a few instances approaching 20 minutes. Tonight it took 25 minutes to get through the line. TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES!!! The staff couldn't have cared less. I don't know what's going on there, but they need to fix it. If I could rate zero stars, I would. So disappointed. ------ This used to be my daily go-to for coffee and such. Over the last few months the service has declined - a lot. Service is much slower now. On several occasions I have waited in the drive-thru up to 10 minutes+, even though there were few customers. Order errors have gone up a lot as well (wrong or missing item(s), overcharging). Even though it's an inconvenience, I will be going out of my way to go to another McDonald's. I'm going to take a break from this one and will check back later to see if anything has changed, hopefully for the better."

"At about 9: 30 in the evening, I bought a big mac and Chicken nuggets The staff gave me a chicken burger and cookie called them immediately when I got home. The service attitude was very bad.I need to drive back for 20 minutes to change."
