"Consistently great no matter which location you go to. Out of the chain restaurants, Potbelly is by far my favorite. My go to the is the Chicken salad sandwich, their shakes are thick and not too sugary. The chocolate brownie cookie is one of a kind. The staff here is pleasant too."
"I give all chain restaurants three stars unless there is some thing that is done really a well. I feel like the quality of materials in the Momma’s. Meatball sub was great. We also had some coupons for cookies and they were fantastic. The downer was the butter cookie shake. I wouldn’t get it again."
"If I could give it a zero star I would. I waited 30 minutes for the staff to make a sub. They told me it'll take 15 minutes and then they said we are just wrapping it. I could see it sitting on the side but they kept taking new orders and that was another 15 minutes. When I asked them again, they had the audacity keep working on same cold sandwich and I had to cancel the order. Don't think I'll be come back to this location."

"We love Potbelly!!!! This location was a winner! Nicely made sandwiches filled with plenty of meat and cheese with all the toppings we ordered and wanted. We also enjoyed their chocolate milkshakes complete with a cookie that goes over the straw. Sandwiches and shakes were all beyond delicious. We also bought a jar of Potbelly peppers! Their peppers are amazing! They make any good sandwiches GREAT!!!! Employees were friendly and welcoming. Tables were clean as was the floor area. We would definitely highly recommend this Potbelly."
