"Very terrible experience and customer service. Placed an order on my mobile for table service since they are all usually busy fulfilling orders. McDonalds tend to employ very rude people. The app informed me that my order was on its way to my table but it never arrived. When I tried to find out, a very sweet crew member - Kim tried to help me. But the manager Lucy, was extremely rude and kept on busy with her other orders. There was a cook that kept looking at me as I stood there trying to get her to talk to me. Except for Kim, none of the other crew members paid any attention. The manager said to me, "my system doesn't have your order, you can show me everything you want, I'm not giving you any food." I had a receipt and my card was charged and she refused to look at any of it. It's not about the money, it's about how customers feel leaving a franchise, especially one as big as McDonalds."

"I had a good experience at this McDonald's. My order was served quickly and the food was nice and warm. The food tasted very fresh. The service was great and the attendant was very helpful. The atmosphere was good. The only issue was that several tables were pretty dirty. Other than that a really good experience."

"I guess there was some alarm or whatever and the store was closed during the day and I had to wait in the drive through for my order but when I got my caramel frappe it was not even blended and like iced sandy coffee. I asked for another one but they just gave me the same thing. I didn't want to make a big fuss over a 3$ drink but like this place sucks even for a McDonald's like if your blenders are broken let me know for a refund or I can get something else"

"These girls just laughed at us and refused to open the window when we were just trying to get a refund on a mobile order. The order went through and said it was ready for pick up at the drive thru but then when we got to the window they said they wouldn’t help refund. Btw, there’s no way to refund through the app, it has to be through the register of the McDonald’s you order from. Yes, the restaurant is closed by 8 minutes— so the order shouldn’t have charged us & they should’ve been able to refund us. Also, unrelated, instead of helping us, they ran around the restaurant throwing towels at each other. (This is the last photo- where they are going back behind the register)."
