"This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes just for a mcChicken and fries. I had to go ask and they had forgot about my order - there weren’t alot of customers either. Non of them could understand and speak well. They were very rude and slow. The place was dirty as well. Will never go back!!!"

"From an interior and self-serving perspective, one of the worst looking McDonald's I've been in. The upholstery for all the table booths were severely worn and need to be replaced. The back of one of the booths was broken so badly that when you lean on it or sit back you end up falling back to the sectional booth behind you - which happened to a little toddler that was not quick or strong enough to prevent from falling backwards when she leaned back. The place had no napkins, salt and pepper packs or catsup readily available for self serving; had to ask worker behind the counter who was not readily available. The soda/hi C dispenser was inoperative and iced tea (unsweetened or sweetened) was not available for self service. Again, one would need to interrupt a busy, engaged worker, I presume, for refills."

"Not great, super busy location with very little room so if you're waiting for an order you have nowhere to go. Additionally, if you do a mobile order you'll be waiting another 10 minutes after being notified it's ready before you even get the food. Parking in this shopping center is pretty bad at any time after noon, and there's no drive-thru option here. If you're really hankering for a McDonald's burger, head to a different one."

"I never write a review online but this was an outrageous experience LMAOO. I made online order through McDonalds app and waited 15 minutes since they seemed busy but food didnt come out so i asked one of the worker if they have my order but she just yelled my order number and went back to work without telling me anything. Another 15 minutes later I asked another worker if they have my order but he told me their system doesnt have the order and i cant get my order even if i have recepit. He told me to find something on app that can help me but I couldnt find anything and app just told me to contact the restaurant i orderd at, which i was at. Rush was over so I asked them again about the situation and they just told me they cant do anything even if i have recepit and one of the worker just told me she doesnt have time for this and told me to figure out and left. I was sitting down in the reataurant for an hour trying to figure out way to either get refunded or get my food but since headquarters customer service is closed at the moment I just had to leave with no refund, no help, no food. Just paid them for me to stay there for an hour."
