"I ordered a happy meal for my son and asked for a plain cheeseburger with just cheese. What I received was a slice of cheese between two buns ...no burger!! In addition, our drive thru order was lost and we had to go park in the overflow drive thru parking space. In total, we waited 12 minutes for a cheeseburger with no burger!"
