I will never step foot in this store again. They just assumed something by looking at it in a bag, didn't even bother to take it out. They even laughed at me."

"So I went in to get a ring appraised and although they couldn't appraise/buy anything but the gold, they were very honest with me and so friendly! I left and got in my car. It hit me fast that I had to pee, so I fast walked in there (I can't run) and she could tell I had to pee badly. I asked if she had a restroom I could use, she said yeah of course! She showed me were it was and i realized it was not a public restroom, it was an employee one and I realized that she didn't have to let me use it. It's the little things to me for sure and even tho I didn't do any business with them, they still treated me like family!!! I will for sure give them my business!!"
