Dunkin'

"Ever since it has become Dunkin and they dropped the donuts from their name they're getting worse. The donuts are smaller they have less filling and they don't taste as good. Also the price has increased. The service was good and the employee was polite. The coffees are hot and have good flavor, but the cost of coffee is getting ridiculous."

"Charging $1.00 for butter without the customer knowing the charge is shameful. This is the first Dunkin' Donuts that used this up-charge tactic. Will NOT be back."

"This was the best Duncan Donuts we've been to in the past week. The coffee tasted like coffee the way we like it. The atmosphere was very good as we sat in comfortable chairs with music playing. We even met the owner who thanked us for coming in as he was walking around the business. The bathrooms were clean. They have a drive thru and a handicapped space right in front."

"The drive thru gentleman (taking our order) was nice and had everything on the receipt correct. Yet, our order was not except for the old fashioned donut. The drinks all looked the same and none of them tasted like anything we ordered, they were coffee we didn't order nor like coffee, was to be coolattas cream based or almond milk based. Other food paid extra for toasting and butter got neither. But we didn't want to pay again for the order to be corrected. Already lost money didn't want to a second time."

"I GO TO DUNKIN ALOT. First time I'm going to this Dunkin... was on a trip to Front Royal. The drive through line was way too long, so we went inside. Ordered a few things and we got our order literally in 60 secs or less. The service was great! Good staff. Good work flow. Good vibes. Ok Bye"
