"We had Premium replace our heat pump about a year ago and make repairs on our plumbing system which offered regular home inspections and servicing on a regular basis at no extra cost. We have had other contractors who never showed up or took less than an hour to service. So we were pleasantly surprised and pleased when Premium technician took several hours inspecting our system, replacing the filter and then planning to come back to replace a faulty sensor, all of which was covered by the warranty. We learned that we did not have a surge protector so paid extra for that necessary addition. This is a professional and personable operation that we feel confident using! They will give you a detailed explanation of their findings and recommendations with no pressure to make upgrades. Glad that they now cover Jefferson County , West Virginia."

"The plumber that was sent to my home went above and beyond! He explained everything in great detail and gave me 2 different options with 2 different price points to choose from. It took him several hours to complete the plumbing issue and he was nice and polite the entire time. There is one issue that was left unresolved but the company has set up a time to come right back out tomorrow. I will use them for any plumbing issues I have in the future as well as recommending their services to friends."

"Its never a fun time when you have to replace your HVAC system! With that being said, Chris made this un-fun and expensive experience bearable! When I called Premium Home Services, I kinda knew what was coming because the system was band aided 3 months earlier. I did not divulge the previous diagnosis that this system may need replacing! Chris Quickly came to the same solution. He took the time and even disassemble more of the system to show me "why" I need to spend the extra money to replace the system versus a major overhaul. He pointed to every major component that while its working now is showing signs of age and potential failure. The Amount of money to repair the system to get to good enough was 60% of the cost of a new system and then I would still have the question marks. Once I made the decision (on a Thursday) to replace the system, they said I can be scheduled for the following Monday for the replacement. Talk about quick turn around. Now for the not so fun part where you have to part company with your money. This part was extremely quick, easy and transparent. I'm surprised how far companies have come in this regards! I would highly recommend this company! Will post again when the new system is installed. Update 3/21/2023 If I thought the diagnoses and sales experience was excellent, the installation team was beyond excellent! The installation team showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. I will own that I'm on of those customers that watch what the professionals are doing and ask allot of questions. Not only were they NOT annoyed by all my questions, thay welcomed all of the dialogue and encouraged more questions. Their installation job was far better than the original installation from the builder. I did not realize how sloppy the builder was until I saw their excellent work (put the builder to shame)! I now get why they did a complete replacement of everything and I mean everything . After the install, they took the time to completely walk me through my new unit even though I was peppering them with questions all day. Once I again I highly recommend this company if you want a complete excellent experience from Diagnoses, Sales, Scheduling and final installation. Derrick"
