"At approximately 11:36 the inside was locked...ok got back in Drive thru line and they shut the lights off to the building and parking area. They were short and finally got to the window to not get all our change back as we paid cash...food was cold and had to ask for things they already asked us at the speaker... No stawls, napkins or sauces...Kid played dumb about our change and at this point fine keep it! You need it more...food was cold and everything shut off 15 till 1200.am on Saturday...says 1.am...Bealeton isn't the place for food or customer service keep it moving!!! McDonald's is one of the last places I stop anymore and now I'm to the point I'd rather go to bed hungry than deal with its broke, we're out as they said tonight,"

"Honestly, I hate to give this review because I don’t like giving bad reviews. However, this McDonald’s continues to disappoint. Every time I go there they either don’t have something or get the order wrong. Several times I have been charged for items that aren’t available and never refunded. When I would call the customer service line to report rhe issue I never receive a call back. The only thing I stop in for now is their .99 coffee (the one good thing about this McDonald’s!) because I am sick of being charged for items I don’t receive and yet have to pay for. Normally I’m the one providing the customer service with thank yous and have a great day."

"It’s good SOME times but the employees constantly tell me they hate being McDonald’s employees. I went there at 9:30 and we pulled up to the outside speaker they claim is open all the time but we went through 4 cars (literally took 20 mins) on the other speaker before we realized they didn’t care we were there. We got in the other lane and the poor lady could barely talk to us. We then sat another 20 mins waiting in line for food. Decided we didn’t even want it and left because it had been 40 mins waiting. If you’re under staffed, don’t be open so late."

"This review is for a northern VA McDonald's. We arrived for sausage gravy and a biscuit, they said they'd never heard of the item. Uhhhh ok. I ordered coffee. They told me to pull up and wait. A few mins later another customer pulled up behind me, also waiting. Minutes later they brought his coffee out. I asked where mine was, the employee stated that the coffee he gave to that customer was old and sitting on the counter for 20 mins. I wait 10 more mins, and here comes my coffee, finally. I'm at a park 15 mins later drinking my coffee, which I have to spit out. Full of grounds, stuck in my mouth and teeth."

"Got the Grimace's birthday meal. The food is good but the shake is what everyone is wanting to try. The shake is purple, and it is berry flavored. They should add this to the regular menu, it definitely stands out and would add variety instead of just the standard flavors they carry now."
