"Four people working and total chaos. Hardly any customers, not busy but took 20 minutes to get to go order from app-12 minutes longer than expected. Had Mobile Order pickup area that was only used by a couple baristas. Drinks were ok, one was overly creamed. Will not return to this location. Why do Target Starbucks provide better service and product?"

"On multiple occasions I have dealt with bad attitudes from the staff at this location. I have witnessed a staff member be rude to a sick elderly woman and today in the drive thru the staff member was rude and short. If you do not like your job or can not fulfill the requirements then get another job. I hope management at this location cracks this place into shape."
