"Got fried chicken and mashed potatoes there today. Chicken was ok but not as good as Martin's. Found out when we got home that the mashed potatoes was EXPIRED as it was prepared over a week ago, according to the label I found on the bottom of the container. My husband tried a little bit and it almost made him sick..it was already spoiled. We paid $6 for a cup of spoiled, expired mashed potatoes and the store doesn't have the decency to answer the phone?! Never again! Will be going back to Martin's and KFC."

Recently had to wait for some fresh chicken to be cooked and the customer service manager Jeremy went out of his way to take care of my needs and concerns and even delivered my food to the car and compensated me with a free car wash for my wait.
