"I have to say staff and management. Terrible . Staff tries to do their jobs and no one’s perfect, but management needs to handle the issues professionally and correctly. Prices are ridiculous as well. Which the store staff isn’t in charge of, but the attitudes they are in charge off."

"Went to buy piercings for my friend for her birthday, and since they’re all locked up, I had to ask an employee for assistance. I asked a male employee there, who actually didn’t even acknowledge me or my boyfriend when we walked in. I walked up to the counter, and all I could get out was, “Hello, could i get-“ before he very rudely interrupted me by saying, “whatever, be right there”. He then proceed to have a very negative attitude towards me while ringing me up. Never shopping there again."

"Spencer's always excels at doing one thing great--being consistent. You know exactly what kinds of items are here. Item variety comes and goes with changing trends in pop culture, but you know that it, adult humor and items, and gag gifts will always be here. Usually at stores like these, people browse around and get some laughs. However, during my entire visit, a worker here was helping a large party with their needs. Good job on that, for sure."

"Was in the store for about 10 minutes, there were 3 or 4 employees just standing around with their arms crossed. They never acknowledged my wife and I were in the store. Theu seemed more interested in talking to each other than trying to help the customers."

"Went by there earlier, when paying for my merchandise the first thing the lady says is "what's your email?" and I asked why she needs it, she said coupons and updates and the like. I told her I wasn't interested: If you're going to try and get someone's email, at least be somewhat polite about it. My friend was at the other counter paying and another lady did the same thing to him. It was annoying and rude. Spencer's should rethink their tactics for getting people to join their email list besides trying to manipulate and pressure their customers into giving it."
