"28Nov.2023 Fast polite service whenever I stop through in VA."

"We went into Dunkin to get some goodies and they had the inside blocked off so we thought it was closed so a guy comes out and says inside is closed you have to use the drive thru. We go back outside go through the drive thur, our hot coffee was cold so we had to turn around go back well we went inside and as we are walking in the guy moved whatever was blocking the registers and decided to help 2 men inside . Not sure why they didn’t have to go through the DT?? I am so done with all Dunkin’s we spend a lot of money a week there and they just can’t get it together and constantly let us down"

"This is the 3rd time we have tried to visit this DD and it has been closed or unable to serve us normally because of a lack of staff. Today we could only order if we used the mobile app - even though I was standing there talking to the lady behind the counter. I understand that everyone is working with a skeleton crew, but to be "open" and unable to serve people is a waste of time and money - both mine AND yours. Just close the store instead of letting people believe they can get served when they cannot."

"This Dunkin' donuts has a rope across so you cannot go in and order like most Dunkin' donuts do every time I stop here you never can walk up to the counter and order what you need I would advise if you're going to Dunkin' donuts to go somewhere else"

"I always get a blueberry muffin warmed up every morning before work and they always put the napkin on top to where you can’t even eat the top part of the muffin. Normally it’s worse than this picture but luckily today i was able to pull off the pieces of the napkin."
