"Beware! Has gone down hill. Used to be a good store new owners are not good for our community. The parking situation is all that need to be said. Burning bridges in your community will not get you more business. They get two stars because they do have items and sizes that are hard to fine in winchester. Still, I'd order online."

"We have been customers here for YEARS and have never had an issue with anything. Yesterday my husband bought a shirt, and 2 pair of boots there which was about $300. He got home tried the shirt on and realized it was too big, so today he took it back to EXCHANGE, NOT return for cash back, well the girl told him to go get another shirt, so when he returned to the register with the correct size, the cashier told him they couldn’t take the shirt back because “it had been washed & smelled like laundry detergent” to which my husband responded that it certainly had not as he just bought it yesterday & it was the wrong size. So he asked to speak to the manager, a short blonde girl comes over & says the same thing, but then tells my husband that “because he’s been such a good customer for many years, she’ll let him exchange the shirt this once”. Unfortunately I wasn’t with him when this happened because had I been there, I could have told you first off it most definitely WAS NOT washed, and IF you did smell laundry detergent it was probably because it was laying on clean clothes that I did wash. Secondly, does it really make sense to buy a shirt, wash it, bring it back & exchange for the EXACT same shirt just a smaller size??? No. It does not. Third, I don’t even know why this would be an issue to begin with, when the store has employees modeling shirts for the website and we’re all pretty sure they are not “disposed of” because they were worn. So therefore they are worn (even if only for a min or 2) and then hung back up to sell. Also, hats are put on peoples heads in the store to “try on” as well as boots and then sold. So maybe instead of arguing & calling a loyal customer a liar, think about your own lack of sanitary practices. You certainly won’t have to worry about ever getting anymore of our money. We will be shopping elsewhere from here on out."

"My family has previously done business here but will no longer due to parking issues. I have read the response to a previous post regarding parking and patrons of Bonnie Blue and understand their point on liability but feel the issue could be handled much better and more professionally than it is. The driver for Hernandez Towing was very rude and aggressive. I’m sure he deals with issues on a daily basis and normally I would have empathy for him, however this behavior is NOT an acceptable way to deal with the public. At one time I thought he was going to hit a coworker and/or their vehicle. I know my business will not be missed but sincerely hope enough people respond to this to get someone’s attention and improve community relations."

"No community spirit. The way they treat the theater next door which is a non-profit community theater is sad. It's rude and predatory. All other businesses in Winchester allow parking after hours for patrons visiting other establishments. To have to pay $125 if your car gets towed from an EMPTY parking lot for being there before 25 minutes. With not one car parked directly in front of their store. The community of Winchester is taking note. I personally will not shop in that store again and I have spent money there in the past."

"I would like to start by saying that I like the store and their products. However, the folks making business decisions regarding the parking are going to put that place out of business. My wife was going to the store but wanted to get breakfast first. When she looked out the window from Bonnie Blue there was a tow truck trying to hook her car up. They tried to charge her $125 to get her car back. They also refuse to work with The Little Theatre which is a non-profit next door to them. I hope more people write reviews and put this place out of business. Regardless of the good products, the way they treat the local community is wrong. I am never shopping there again and I hope you won't either."
