"Back in the beginning of June 2023, I brought in my Dodge Ram truck for a no start repair. I paid for a full in depth diagnostic to not only repair my truck, but to identify all other pertinent issues associated. 2 weeks later, after paying over a thousand in repairs, my truck broke down within a mile from leaving the shop, and I was then informed by managers Jamie Pierce and Chris Cox that the truck also had a bad headgasket which means it won’t last very long. Fast forward to October 24th 2023, I had invested over 6 thousand dollars into a new motor. Throughout the waiting period, I was given zero updates as initially promised, and no accurate information from either the acquisition of my motor, and zero explanation as to the delay of the 6 week process this was supposed to take. On pick up day, I wasn’t met with an explanation as to why these managers had different information to provide me about my truck and the lack of communication, and concern for the amount of time it has taken to get this job done past the timeline I was told. Only excuse I was given by both managers was “we have been busy here and didn’t have all the time to dedicate to your truck” Nearly 10 thousand dollars was spent into repairs at this point, for which a few thousand dollars would have been saved on my end, had I been given an ACCURATE diagnosis from the start, instead of uselessly spending money on repairs the truck did not need as they admittedly knew the headgasket was the primary issue with my truck. I was not reimbursed for the towing fees I paid after my truck broke down a mile away, and the level of dismay I experienced was beyond what any customer should tolerate. At this point, this shop has lost me as a high paying customer, as I now only do business with 2 technicians in this shop with the most experience and professionalism that these managers sadly lack of. As a service member, and federal law enforcement officer, I experienced zero follow through, accountability and respect towards hard working customers and their time. Be advised, if you seek honest, professional treatment, and consideration for your money, this is NOT the place."

"Best auto repair shop in Winchester. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for decades. Great customer service and they warranty their work. The operation manager Jamie is top flight. Keeps in contact with customers during the service process. I won’t take me vehicles to anyone else."
